Are you an experienced and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant looking for flexible supply work in the Waterlooville area?

We are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic TAs to support pupils with Special Educational Needs across local schools. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys making a positive difference while having the flexibility of supply work.

The Role

• Supporting pupils with a range of additional needs

• Working alongside teachers and SEN staff to provide effective learning support

• Helping pupils develop confidence, independence and social skills

• Supporting classroom activities and individual learning programmes

• Creating a calm, positive and inclusive learning environment

We’re Looking For

• Previous experience working with children or young people with SEN

• A caring, patient and supportive approach

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• The ability to adapt to different school environments

• A genuine passion for helping children achieve their potential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
