1:1 SEND Learning Support Assistant
Southampton
£14.30 per hour
Teaching Personnel are seeking 1:1 Learning Support Assistants to work with pupils with Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) in schools across Southampton.
Your role
-
Providing individual support to pupils with additional needs
-
Helping students access learning and build confidence
-
Supporting communication and emotional regulation
-
Working closely with teachers and SEND coordinators
Ideal experience
We welcome applicants from backgrounds such as:

Teaching assistants or education support

Care work

Youth work

Camp America
-
Nursery or childcare
-
Healthcare or support roles
Requirements

Available at least 4 days per week
-
Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
