The recruitment process is quick, ensuring you have a new DBS with the update service and you are able to provide at least two education based references.

Particularly, in the Blackburn with Darwen area there are a number of schools who are happy to commit to Teaching Personnel and exclusively work with us in order to provide supply staff on a day to day basis. This is GREAT NEWS for the teachers who want regular work with Teaching Personnel.

All we tend to ask of our supply teachers is that you keep us up to date with your availability, you cover any planned work and you are strong with behaviour management and teaching and learning.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
