Long Term Special Educational Needs Teachers wanted in Liskeard.

Teaching Personnel are looking for SEN Teachers to work from September time, on a long-term basis.

As an SEN Teacher you're main responsibilities will be to:

• Plan and Prepare lessons for each day to fit all student's needs.
• Assist the children throughout all activities both inside and outside of the classroom.
• Liaise with parents, and other professionals to provide the best opportunities for children.
• Work alongside your SENCO and TA to support all children and their individual needs.

You will be required to have:

• Qualified Teaching Status
• A background in supporting a variety of SEN
• A creative approach to lesson prep
• Experience in managing challenging behaviour in a calm manner
• Experience in a variety of subjects and confidence in teaching them
• References from your two most recent child-environment workplaces
• A DBS check on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one
• An enthusiastic attitude to getting involved in Extra - Curriculum activities
