Level 3 Teaching Assistant – Primary School – Liverpool
Start: June 2025 | Temp to Perm Opportunity

Are you a passionate and experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant looking for your next opportunity in a supportive, forward-thinking primary school? Teaching Personnel is working in partnership with a well-respected Liverpool primary school to recruit a dedicated TA to join their team from June on a temp-to-perm basis.

Role Overview:

  • Supporting teaching and learning across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 depending on your strengths

  • Working closely with class teachers to deliver tailored interventions and group work

  • Supporting children with additional needs to access the curriculum

  • Promoting positive behaviour and fostering an inclusive classroom environment

  • Assisting with classroom preparation and administrative tasks

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Holds a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)

  • Has recent, relevant experience working in a primary school setting

  • Confident supporting pupils across the primary age range

  • Enthusiastic, reliable, and able to build strong relationships with pupils and staff

  • Committed to supporting the school’s ethos and continuous improvement

Position Details:

  • Start Date: June 2025

  • Contract: Temp to Perm (12-week temporary period through Teaching Personnel, with the opportunity for a permanent role)

  • Hours: Full-time, term time only

  • Pay: Competitive rates, dependent on experience

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
