Are you a passionate and experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant looking for your next opportunity in a supportive, forward-thinking primary school? Teaching Personnel is working in partnership with a well-respected Liverpool primary school to recruit a dedicated TA to join their team from June on a temp-to-perm basis.

Role Overview:

Supporting teaching and learning across EYFS, KS1 or KS2 depending on your strengths
-
Working closely with class teachers to deliver tailored interventions and group work
-
Supporting children with additional needs to access the curriculum
-
Promoting positive behaviour and fostering an inclusive classroom environment

Assisting with classroom preparation and administrative tasks
The Ideal Candidate:
-
Holds a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
-
Has recent, relevant experience working in a primary school setting
-
Confident supporting pupils across the primary age range
-
Enthusiastic, reliable, and able to build strong relationships with pupils and staff
-
Committed to supporting the school’s ethos and continuous improvement
Position Details:

Start Date: June 2025

Contract: Temp to Perm (12-week temporary period through Teaching Personnel, with the opportunity for a permanent role)

Hours: Full-time, term time only
-
Pay: Competitive rates, dependent on experience
