Are you an experienced and qualified Level 3 Teaching Assistant looking to make a meaningful impact in the classroom? A forward-thinking and inclusive secondary school in Levenshulme is seeking a committed and skilled TA to join their team from September.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with teachers and students, support learning across a variety of subjects, and help young people reach their full potential in a supportive, well-resourced school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the teaching and learning of students across Key Stages 3 and 4

• Work 1:1 or with small groups, delivering targeted interventions and academic support

• Assist with classroom management, behaviour support, and student engagement

• Contribute to planning and preparation under teacher direction

• Help monitor progress and maintain accurate pupil records

• Promote inclusion and encourage positive social and emotional development

Requirements:

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification – essential

• Experience working in a school setting, ideally at secondary level

• Strong literacy and numeracy skills (GCSEs or equivalent in English and Maths)

• Confident, patient, and adaptable approach to supporting learning

• A genuine passion for working with young people and helping them succeed
