Level 3 Teaching Assistant – Secondary School (Levenshulme)
Start Date: September | Daily Rate: £89 – £100 | Full-Time | Long-Term Opportunity
Are you an experienced and qualified Level 3 Teaching Assistant looking to make a meaningful impact in the classroom? A forward-thinking and inclusive secondary school in Levenshulme is seeking a committed and skilled TA to join their team from September.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with teachers and students, support learning across a variety of subjects, and help young people reach their full potential in a supportive, well-resourced school environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Support the teaching and learning of students across Key Stages 3 and 4
-
Work 1:1 or with small groups, delivering targeted interventions and academic support
-
Assist with classroom management, behaviour support, and student engagement
-
Contribute to planning and preparation under teacher direction
-
Help monitor progress and maintain accurate pupil records
-
Promote inclusion and encourage positive social and emotional development
Requirements:
-
Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification – essential
-
Experience working in a school setting, ideally at secondary level
-
Strong literacy and numeracy skills (GCSEs or equivalent in English and Maths)
-
Confident, patient, and adaptable approach to supporting learning
-
A genuine passion for working with young people and helping them succeed
