A high-performing secondary school is looking for an ambitious Geography Graduate to join their team as a Trainee Graduate Teaching Assistant.

This role is perfect for a graduate who wants to gain practical school experience before progressing into teacher training.

Responsibilities

• Supporting Geography lessons across KS3 and KS4
• Working with students in small groups and individually
• Assisting with classroom management and learning activities
• Helping students improve confidence and academic progress
• Supporting revision sessions and intervention programmes

Requirements

• A UK Geography degree or related qualification
• Enthusiasm for education and student development
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
• Interest in training to teach in the future
