An Outstanding secondary school is seeking a dedicated Design Technology Graduate to work as a Trainee Graduate Teaching Assistant from September 2026.

Key Duties

• Supporting DT lessons across KS3 and KS4
• Assisting students with practical and theory-based tasks
• Supporting workshop activities and classroom organisation
• Encouraging creativity, problem-solving, and engagement
• Providing intervention support where required

Candidate Profile

• UK degree in Design Technology, Product Design, Engineering, or related subject
• Passion for working with young people
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Positive and adaptable approach
• Interest in pursuing teacher training

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
