Learning Support Assistant

Our client school in Salford are seeking a learning support assistant with a real passion for education to join them in providing quality learning provision to students requiring additional support. This school have a well-established SEND team, so there is a great opportunity to learn from the best. This school are looking for a learning support assistant who will go above and beyond and foster a love for learning.

This role will involve aiding the class teacher in planning and delivering interactive learning resources, setting up a creative learning environment and supporting students with one-to-one provisions targeting their unique learning needs.

The successful candidate will also contribute to individualising pupils learning plans and recording progress as well as supporting the classroom teacher in managing classroom behaviour.

Key information:

• £1860-2100 per month paid weekly through PAYE.
• Full time, September 2026 start.
• Full CPD provided
• Must have experience supporting young people.
