An Ofsted Outstanding secondary school in WN5 is seeking motivated and confident graduates to join their support team as Learning Mentors and Teaching Assistants, with clear progression into Cover Supervisor responsibilities.

The Role

• Support students across KS3 and KS4 lessons
• Deliver targeted interventions and small group support
• Build positive relationships with pupils and staff
• Assist with behaviour management and classroom engagement
• Progress into leading pre-planned lessons as a Cover Supervisor
