A school in BL6 is seeking a skilled and dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced teaching assistant to support pupils’ learning and development in a positive, inclusive school environment.

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils

• Support pupils with additional needs, including SEN and SEMH

• Assist teachers in planning, preparation, and classroom management

• Help pupils engage with learning and develop confidence

• Contribute to a calm, structured, and inclusive learning environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)

• Experience supporting pupils in a classroom setting

• Strong communication, patience, and organisational skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Passion for supporting children and helping them achieve their potential
