Pay Rate: £95 – £130 per day (dependent on experience and hours filled)

Level 3 Nursery Nurse Opportunity – Doncaster
Teaching Personnel is seeking enthusiastic and caring Level 3 Nursery Nurses to work in welcoming and supportive nursery settings across Doncaster. This is an excellent opportunity for passionate early years professionals looking for an immediate start or a position from September 2026.
We are looking for nurturing, adaptable, and reliable individuals who are open to working longer shifts, including hours such as 8:00am – 6:00pm, to support busy nursery environments and provide high-quality care and education for young children.
The Role
As a Level 3 Nursery Nurse, responsibilities may include:
- Supporting the learning, development, and care of children within an early years setting
- Delivering engaging and age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework
- Creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for children to thrive
- Supporting children’s personal, social, emotional, and educational development
- Assisting with daily routines including meal times, personal care, and outdoor play
- Building positive relationships with children, parents/carers, and colleagues
- Maintaining safeguarding and health & safety standards at all times
Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must hold a full and relevant Level 3 Childcare / Early Years qualification.
Please note: Candidates must be open to working longer nursery hours, including shifts such as 8:00am – 6:00pm, where required.
Successful candidates will ideally have:
- Experience working within a nursery or early years setting
- A warm, caring, and proactive approach to supporting young children
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A flexible attitude towards working patterns and shift times
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
