Pay: From £16 per hour

Teaching Personnel is looking for passionate and dedicated Level 3 EYFS Practitioners to support a variety of nurseries, preschools, and primary schools across Oxford and the surrounding areas.

The Role
As a Level 3 EYFS Practitioner, you will play a vital role in supporting children during the most important stage of their development. Working across a range of settings, you will help create engaging, safe, and nurturing environments where children can learn, explore, and thrive.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting children aged 0-5 years in line with the EYFS Framework
- Planning and delivering fun, creative, and educational activities
- Encouraging children's social, emotional, and physical development
- Creating a safe and stimulating learning environment
- Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Observing, monitoring, and recording children's progress
- Ensuring safeguarding and welfare standards are consistently maintained
What We're Looking For
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- A recognised Level 3 Early Years Qualification
- Previous experience within a nursery, preschool, or school EYFS setting
- A strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A caring, patient, and enthusiastic nature
- The ability to adapt to different settings across Oxford
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
