Level 3 Childcare Practitioner – Long-Term Role
Location: North of Amesbury

Teaching Personnel are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Childcare Practitioner to join a welcoming school community north of Amesbury from September 2026.
This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic childcare professional who is committed to providing high-quality learning experiences and nurturing support for young children within an engaging and inclusive environment.
The Successful Candidate Will:
- Have a passion for delivering high-quality and exciting opportunities for children
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills when working with pupils, staff and parents
- Have experience working with pre-school aged children
- Hold a relevant Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) in Children’s Care and Learning
- Possess excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
- Be self-motivated, dedicated and consistent in their approach
- Have the ability to respond positively to new and challenging situations
- Be a strong team player who can also work independently using their own initiative
- Demonstrate a warm, caring, positive and flexible attitude towards children

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
