Contract: Full-Time / Part-Time
Salary: £13.75 per hour

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Level 2 Qualified Nursery Practitioner to join a well-established and supportive early years setting in Cardiff. This is an excellent opportunity for a committed childcare professional who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and education within a nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the planning and implementation of activities in line with the EYFS framework

• Provide a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all children

• Observe, assess, and record children’s development

• Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of care and education

• Build positive partnerships with parents and carers

• Ensure safeguarding, health and safety, and welfare requirements are consistently met

Essential Requirements:

• Level 2 qualification in Childcare (recognised full and relevant qualification)

• Sound knowledge of the EYFS framework

• Understanding of safeguarding procedures

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Desirable:

• Paediatric First Aid certificate

• Previous nursery experience
