Level 2 EYFS Qualification
Job description
Location: Hillingdon, West London
Hours: Full Time, 40 hours per week (8:00am to 5:00pm or 9:00am to 6:00pm)
Reporting To: Room Leader / Nursery Manager
Job Purpose
To support the delivery of high-quality childcare and early years education in line with the EYFS framework, ensuring children are safe, happy, and supported in their learning and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and delivery of engaging EYFS activities.
- Promote children's learning, development, and wellbeing.
- Observe children and contribute to learning journeys and assessments.
- Support personal care routines and maintain high standards of hygiene.
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Follow safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery policies.
- Help maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
- Attend staff meetings and training as required.
Requirements
Essential
- Full and relevant Level 2 Early Years qualification.
- Knowledge of the EYFS framework.
- Understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Desirable
- Previous nursery experience.
- Paediatric First Aid qualification.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
