Full-Time Learning Support Assistant – Swansea & Surrounding Areas | Start: September 2025
Are you enthusiastic, dependable, and ready to support young learners in a variety of school settings? We’re looking for a full-time Learning Support Assistant to join our growing team, with work available across Swansea and surrounding areas starting September 2025.
About the Role:
This is a full-time position offering a mix of day-to-day, short-term, and long-term placements in local schools. You’ll support pupils with a range of needs, including those with Additional Learning Needs (ALN), helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking someone who is:
✅ Energetic, eager to learn, and passionate about education
✅ Reliable and fully available Monday to Friday during school hours
✅ Comfortable working across different school settings with flexibility
✅ Able to travel up to 30 minutes to placements – own transport is essential
Experience with ALN is desirable but not essential
Ideal Backgrounds Include:
We strongly encourage applicants from the following fields:
- Sport and coaching
- Psychology or youth work
- Care, health, or support services
- Personal experience with Children

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
