Location: Swansea
Position: Full-Time (Mon-Fri, 8:30am - 3:30pm) via Teaching Personnel
Start Date: September 2025

Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept):

• Support pupils aged 4-11 with social, emotional, and behavioural challenges, both inside and outside the classroom.
• Team up with teachers to deliver fun, active PE lessons and sports activities.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and respectful space where every kid feels valued.
• Be a positive role model and champion for students who need that extra boost.

What You Bring to the Team:

• A background in sports coaching, active youth work, or something similar.
• Experience supporting kids, especially those who need behaviour support.
• Top-notch communication skills, patience, resilience, and a team-player mindset.
• The ability to stay cool under pressure and build strong, respectful relationships.
