The positions we have available are to work on a full time or part time basis, starting immediately. Responsibilities of this role will be:

• Supporting pupils in small groups and on a 1:1 basis in lessons
• Directly work alongside teachers to develop activities and lessons
• Motivate and encourage pupils
• Provide personalised learning experience for pupils

Your role as a Learning Support Assistant will involve working in mainstream lessons supporting the teacher and class, working closely with identified pupils who will be of mixed ability. These positions provide the opportunity to improve classroom management skills and behaviour management strategies, as well as gaining invaluable experience to further your career within the education sector.
