Ready to make a real difference where it matters most?
We’re looking for a committed and resilient Learning Support Assistant to join our dynamic secondary school, working within our Inclusion Unit to support students who need a more personalised approach to learning.

What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting students with social, emotional, and behavioural needs
- Delivering targeted interventions in small groups and 1:1
- Working closely with teaching staff and pastoral teams
- Promoting positive behaviour and emotional regulation
- Helping students transition successfully back into mainstream lessons
What we’re looking for:
- Calm, confident, and consistent approach
- Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for supporting young people
- Experience working with challenging behaviour (school-based or similar settings)
- Resilience, patience, and a good sense of humour
If you’re someone who believes every student deserves a chance to succeed and you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves to make that happen, we’d love to hear from you.
Apply now and be the difference.
