Learning Support Assistant

Here at Teaching Personnel, we are currently looking for Learning Support Assistants who possess the ability to work alongside children with learning difficulties and behavioural problems.

The Ideal LSA will:

  • Be someone with personal or professional experience working with people with Learning Difficulties
  • Be compassionate and empathetic
  • Look to build a genuine connection with their assigned student

  • Right to Work Documents
  • An Enhanced Child Workforce DBS (We can assist you with this)
  • Being registered with the EWC (We can also help with this)
  • A valid Overseas Clearance Check if you’ve been out of the UK for more than six months in the last five years

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
