Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of children with special educational needs?
We are seeking a caring, patient, and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants to join our dedicated team. You will be working in specialist SEN schools committed to providing a nurturing and inclusive environment for children with a range of additional needs including autism, speech and language difficulties, and social, emotional and mental health challenges.
What you’ll do:

Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with a variety of SEN
-
Assist the class teacher in delivering personalised learning plans
-
Encourage and support social and emotional development
-
Promote independence and confidence in pupils
-
Support with personal care and mobility where necessary
What we’re looking for:
-
Experience working with children or young people
- Experience working with young people with SEN is highly desirable. This includes personal experience supporting children with special needs.

A calm, adaptable and positive attitude
-
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
-
A genuine passion for inclusive education
-
Willingness to learn and grow within the role

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
