I am looking for Learning Support Assistants for a school in Tonbridge, which caters for children aged 2-19 years who suffer with Mild/Complex/Severe and Profound Learning Disabilites.  Many of the children have a form of Autism.

A Learning support Assistant will support pupils either on a 1:1 or small group basis with their academic, social and emotional wellbeing.

About the role:

  • Monday- Friday
  • 08:30-15:30 
  • Term Time only
  • The ideal candidates will have lots of patience, be proactive and resilient-this role can be very hard work, but also very rewarding
  • Excellent numeracy and literacy skills- A-C Grade GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
