Are you passionate about working outdoors and supporting children with special educational needs (SEN)? Teaching Personnel is currently seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant for a unique outdoor-based role in Crediton. This position involves no classroom work, focusing entirely on outdoor learning and activities with SEN children.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support SEN children in an outdoor learning environment.
• Facilitate engaging, nature-based activities tailored to individual needs.
• Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere.

Requirements:

• Enthusiasm for outdoor education and working with SEN children.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions.
