Are you an experienced and compassionate Learning Support Assistant looking for a rewarding new opportunity from September?

We are currently working in partnership with one of our welcoming and supportive schools to recruit a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join their team for the new academic year.

This role would suit an educator who has experience supporting children with SEN and SEMH needs and is confident working both on a 1:1 basis and within small intervention groups. The successful candidate will play a key role in helping pupils access learning, build confidence and achieve positive outcomes within the classroom environment.

The ideal educator will:
• Have previous experience working with children with SEN and SEMH needs
• Be confident supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis and within targeted intervention groups
• Demonstrate patience, resilience and strong communication skills
• Build positive and supportive relationships with pupils and staff
• Be proactive, adaptable and committed to inclusive education
• Hold first aid training, which would be highly desirable

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
