Are you passionate about supporting pupils with additional needs? Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistant to work in a welcoming and inclusive school in Reading from September 2025.

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils with SEN (including ASD, ADHD, and SEMH)
• Assist teachers in delivering tailored learning programmes
• Encourage and motivate pupils to engage fully with their learning
• Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience supporting children or young people in an educational or care setting
• A calm, patient, and adaptable approach to supporting learning
• Proactive attitude and willingness to contribute to school life
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
