What You'll Be Doing:

Supporting students in the classroom, helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Providing 1:1 support for students with additional needs, building strong, trusting relationships.

Working closely with class teachers, the SENCO, and pastoral staff to ensure every student receives the guidance they need to succeed.

Encouraging student confidence, independence, and engagement across a range of subjects and activities.

Helping to adapt learning materials and activities to suit individual needs.
What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience working with young people, ideally in a secondary school or similar setting.

A genuine interest in supporting learners with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
