What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting teachers with lesson delivery and behaviour management

• Assisting pupils with SEN or additional needs to engage with the curriculum

• Encouraging participation and celebrating progress

• Helping maintain a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

• Previous experience with children in an educational or care setting

• Patience, empathy, and a proactive approach

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• An Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
