Learning Support Assistant – Oxford
Location: Oxford, Oxfordshire
Pay: From £90 per day (depending on experience)

Teaching Personnel is seeking motivated Learning Support Assistants to work in primary schools across Oxford. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone looking to start or develop a career in education while having a positive impact on young learners.
What you’ll be doing:

Supporting teachers with lesson delivery and behaviour management

Assisting pupils with SEN or additional needs to engage with the curriculum

Encouraging participation and celebrating progress

Helping maintain a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment
Skills and experience we’re looking for:

Previous experience with children in an educational or care setting
-
Patience, empathy, and a proactive approach
-
Strong communication and organisational skills
-
An Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
