The Role
Teaching Personnel are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Early Career Teachers (ECTs) to work across a variety of primary schools in High Wycombe and surrounding areas. Whether you’re seeking your first permanent role or would like to build your confidence through supply and short-term placements, we can help you find opportunities that match your skills, aspirations, and availability.

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – Primary phase

  • Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
