The Role
Teaching Personnel are seeking passionate and adaptable teachers to work across a range of primary schools in High Wycombe and surrounding areas. As a supply teacher, you’ll have the opportunity to step into different classrooms, deliver engaging lessons, and support pupils’ learning – all while enjoying the freedom to choose when and where you work.

What We’re Looking For

  • QTS or equivalent teaching qualification (ECTs welcome!)

  • Strong classroom management skills

  • A positive, adaptable, and proactive approach

  • The ability to quickly build rapport with students and staff

  • Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
