Learning Support Assistant
Location: Northamptonshire

We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistant to join our team. This role is crucial in helping students with additional needs achieve their full potential. If you are a resilient, compassionate and driven individual who stirves to make a difference for young people this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with special educational needs (SEN)
- Assist in the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Support students in accessing the curriculum and participating in classroom activities
- Collaborate with teachers and other staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents
- Help manage classroom behavior and promote positive social interactions

Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A compassionate and patient approach to supporting students with additional needs
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential
- A commitment to promoting inclusion and supporting student well-being
- A valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
