A Learning Support Assistants will work with children who have physical disabilities/mild to severe Learning Disabilities/Autism/ADHD/Dyslexia/Dyspraxia/complex social and emotional needs and mental health issues and we have vacancies across Maidstone.

About the role:

  • Previous experience working as a Care Assistant or Support Worker would be advantageous 
  •  Full and part time work available and the placements in schools can be short term or long term. 
  • The shifts will usually be: Monday- Friday Time: 08:30-15:30, term time only
  • The ideal candidates will have lots of patience, be proactive, be resiilient and have positive personality- this role is hardwork, but it is also very rewarding.
  • Qualifications needed-Minimum would be GCSE's in English and Maths (A-C Grade) or equivalent!

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
