Learning Support Assistant – Part Time & Flexible (New Forest Area)
We are looking to appoint a reliable and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to work on a part-time, flexible basis across schools in the New Forest area. This role would suit an educator who is adaptable, committed to supporting pupils’ learning, and able to respond to the varying needs of local schools.
The Role
You will work alongside teaching staff to support pupils in the classroom, providing individual or small group support where required. Assignments may vary depending on school need, making this an ideal opportunity for someone seeking flexibility while remaining actively involved in education.
The Ideal Candidate Will:

Have experience working with children or young people in an educational setting

Be flexible and confident working across different schools and year groups
-
Hold a full driving licence and have access to their own vehicle to travel between local schools
-
Demonstrate a calm, patient and professional approach

Communicate effectively with pupils, staff and parents

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
