Learning Support Assistant – Full-Time Position in Levenshulme

An Ofsted-rated ‘Good’ secondary school in Levenshulme is looking for a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join their team immediately. This full-time role will run until the end of the academic year, with the possibility of a permanent contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting students one-to-one and in small groups to improve learning outcomes.
• Assisting teachers with lesson preparation and adapting resources for different learning needs.
• Working closely with the SENCO and pastoral team to provide targeted interventions.
• Encouraging students to develop independent learning skills.

Candidate Requirements:

• A passion for education and student support.
• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.

Salary & Benefits:

• Weekly pay between £419.25 - £500.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
