Graduate Teaching Position
Job description
Are you coming to the end of your degree and considering a career in teaching? The Future Teachers Programme from Teaching Personnel offers graduates and final‑year students the opportunity to start gaining paid classroom experience as soon as possible.
This programme is designed for those who want to step straight into a school setting once their studies finish, rather than waiting until September. You’ll work in schools supporting teachers and pupils, gaining real insight into everyday teaching while building experience that will strengthen future applications for teacher training.
You’ll receive structured support, training and guidance focused on classroom practice, behaviour management and professional expectations. The experience gained through the programme is highly valued by schools and teacher training providers and provides a strong foundation for progressing onto a PGCE or other training routes.
The Future Teachers Programme is ideal for final‑year students and recent graduates who are passionate about education and keen to make productive use of the time after completing their degree. It allows you to earn, develop key skills and confirm that teaching is the right career choice.
Applications are now open for immediate start dates. If you are finishing your degree and looking to begin your journey into teaching without delay, this programme offers a clear and supported pathway.
Apply now to start your teaching career as soon as your degree ends.
All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role. Please see the FAQ’s on the Teaching Personnel website for details.
