Learning Mentor

A popular secondary school located in Bolton requires a full time Learning Mentor, starting immediately.

-          Full time Learning Mentor - ASAP

-          Minimum of a Grade ‘C’ in GCSE English and Maths.

-          Previous experience working with young people is highly beneficial.

-          Opportunity to work within a dynamic secondary school, easily accessible via the M61.

-          Earn up to GBP70 per day

The incoming Learning Mentor will be working with pupils across Key Stages 3 and 4, under the direction of the SENCO and teaching staff. Roles and responsibilities will include supporting with the teaching and learning across a range of subjects, working with pupils at all levels of learning.  You may also be required to provide targeted intervention to help create an outstanding learning environment for pupils, providing identified support.

The school currently serves just over 700 pupils aged 11-16, and is easily accessible via the M61 motorways and also has an abundance of public transport options readily available with links across Greater Manchester.
