We are currently recruiting for a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to work across a selection of our lovely nursery settings in Bournemouth. This is a fantastic opportunity to join supportive teams and play an important role in providing high-quality care, learning and development for young children.

The Role

As a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner, you will:

• Provide a safe, caring and stimulating environment for children
• Support children’s learning and development through engaging, age-appropriate activities
• Build positive and professional relationships with children, parents and colleagues
• Observe, assess and contribute to children’s individual learning journeys
• Support the delivery of the EYFS curriculum
• Encourage children’s confidence, independence and social development
• Work collaboratively with the wider nursery team to provide consistently high standards of care

About You

We’re looking for a practitioner who is:

• Level 3 qualified in Early Years / Childcare
• Experienced or enthusiastic about working within an Early Years setting
• Caring, nurturing and passionate about supporting children
• Confident in creating engaging learning experiences
• Reliable, professional and adaptable
• A strong team player with excellent communication skills
• Committed to providing the highest standards of care and education
