 Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated and adaptable KS5 Teacher to join the supportive team at Harrow, a specialist SEN school based in Harrow.
The Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and resilient teacher to deliver core subjects (English, Maths, and Science) to students in Key Stage 5. You will be working within a structured and nurturing environment, supported by experienced Subject Leads who will assist with curriculum planning and differentiation to meet the needs of all learners.
Key Responsibilities:
- 
Deliver engaging lessons across core subjects at KS5 level 
- 
Adapt teaching methods to support a range of SEN needs, including ASD, MLD, and associated behavioural challenges 
- 
Collaborate closely with Subject Leads and support staff to ensure inclusive, high-quality education 
- 
Monitor student progress and contribute to EHCP reviews and learning plans 
- 
Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment 
Requirements:
- 
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) or relevant teaching qualification 
- 
Experience teaching at KS4/KS5, ideally within an SEN setting 
- 
Strong understanding of differentiation and behaviour management 
- 
A patient, empathetic, and flexible approach 
- 
Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
