KS3/4 Team Teach Teaching Assistant - Richmond SEN school

Teaching Personnel are looking to recruit a PMLD Teaching Assistant on a full time basis for an SEND school in Bedale. The role will commence as soon as possible on a temporary basis, however the school will offer a permanent contract if the candidate is successful in the role. The working hours will surround the school day, so the candidate will be assisting in getting the students set up for the day and supporting in their lessons. This role will be focused on working with students in Key Stages 3 and 4, and you will be focused on one small class of students with varying PMLD. The candidate will be passionate about being a positive role model for young people and want to improve their educational experience to maximise their personal development.

You will be working alongside a team of experience professionals, in an OFSTED rated 'Good' school with brilliant facilities, such as a sensory garden and their own farm!

The ideal candidate will have:
-At least three months experience in an SEND environment
-Experience working with students with PMLD
-TA Qualification, Level 3 (or relevant experience/degree)
- A patient, kind and caring attitude
