"GOOD" Roman Catholic in Wythenshawe

Full time pay to scale contract at school

Good opportunity for teachers of all levels to work under excellent leadership

Teaching Personnel are currently working on a side by side basis with a Roman Catholic school in order to find an enthusiastic and passionate KS2 teacher to begin work ASAP on a full time basis. The school is 1 form entry Primary and was graded "good" in their most recent OFSTED report in 2017. And has said to be maintaining these high levels of excellence under the new leadership. The report stated that "The school is exceptionally well led and managed by a highly aspirational recently appointed head teacher and two very capable assistant head teachers." The school has a vibrant and positive feel as soon as you step through the doors with warm office staff and extremely helpful and passionate teaching staff.

The South Manchester Primary has stated that they are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate teacher with a clear desire to teach and help raise attainment and level of education for pupils. The role will be full time for the whole academic year so the individual will need to be 100% committed to the school and be available for all school meetings and events that the school may require. The school is very mixed ability in terms of pupils so the candidate will have to be able to differentiate effectively in order to reach out to every pupil's ability. It is important to the school that the teacher be able to raise the levels of the lower ability pupils whilst being able to maximise the ability of the higher achieving pupils.

  • Salary of £22,467 - £38,250
  • NQT's encouraged to apply
  • "good" Roman Catholic school under new leadership

If you feel this role is best suited to your skillset then please send your CV over or contact the Teaching Personnel Manchester Primary South Branch on 0161 242 1796 for more information on the school and the role.
