KS2 Teacher
Location:
Yorkshire and the Humber, West Yorkshire, Leeds, LS17

£130 - £195 Per day
Job Duties:
- Plan, prepare and deliver engaging and interactive lessons for Key Stage 2children
- Assess and evaluate pupils' progress, providing feedback to children, parents, and colleagues
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports the academic and personal development of students
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies
- Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development activities
Required Qualifications:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience teaching within Key Stage 2
- Strong knowledge of the UK National Curriculum
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in Key Stage 2
Knowledge and Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of the children
- Strong classroom management skills
- Passion for education and commitment to student success
Preferred Qualifications:
- Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE)
- Experience working with EAL (English as an Additional Language) pupils
Working Conditions:
The role involves working in a school setting, following the academic calendar. Some additional hours may be required for meetings, planning, and extracurricular activities.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
