Full-Time KS2 Teacher – September 2025 Start
Location: Chorley
Rate of Pay: Competitive
Start Date: September 2025

Are you a passionate and qualified Key Stage 2 Teacher seeking an exciting new opportunity? We are currently recruiting for full-time KS2 teaching positions in welcoming and well-supported primary schools across the Chorley area.

About the Role

As a KS2 Teacher, you’ll play a vital role in shaping pupils' educational journeys and helping them thrive during the later stages of primary school. Your role will involve:

  • Planning and delivering creative, engaging, and effective lessons

  • Fostering a safe, inclusive, and positive classroom environment

  • Assessing progress and adapting teaching to meet the needs of all learners

  • Working collaboratively with staff, parents, and the wider school community

Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

  • Experience teaching in a Key Stage 2 setting

  • Strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum and teaching strategies

  • A valid DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

  • A dedicated, reflective, and child-focused approach

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
