The Head teacher has given a specification which includes; a teacher with experience in KS2, someone who is committed to raising standards and happy to introduce strong behaviour management techniques and strategies in the class, as well as someone who will work as part of the TEAM in School. The Head teacher is a cheerful and approachable character who is keen to move her school from GOOD to OUTSTANDING in the next couple of years. She needs to appoint individuals who have the same mentality.
This role will be to work five days a week from January 2018 with the expectation to continue for at least 9 months. KS2 is a very important stage in a child's life as you will probably know, so the Head teacher is keen to take her time and appoint the best person to lead her children. This person will have experience in KS2 and will be able to move children's learning forward.
