We’re currently supporting Cover Supervisors in Bristol — an unqualified teaching position — who want the option of flexible supply work, while we work closely with you to secure a longer-term or permanent position that aligns with your career goals.

Whether you’re new to schools, returning to education, or exploring a future in teaching, this role offers valuable classroom experience without requiring QTS, while keeping your long-term options open.

✅ The Role (Long-Term & Permanent Opportunities):

  • Supervise classes during teacher absences

  • Maintain positive behaviour and a safe learning environment

  • Support learning activities set by teachers

  • Ensure students stay engaged and on-task

  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive school culture


✅ We’re Looking For:

  • Enthusiastic individuals interested in gaining classroom experience

  • Strong communication and organisational skills

  • Confident classroom presence and behaviour management

  • Reliability, professionalism, and a proactive attitude

  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
