Job Title: KS2 Teaching Assistant - Darwen

Salary:
£90 - £95 Per day
Job Duties:
- Supporting the teacher in delivering educational activities to Key Stage 2 students
- Assisting with classroom management and ensuring a safe learning environment
- Providing one-on-one support to students as needed
- Helping to prepare materials and resources for lessons
- Monitoring student progress and reporting back to the teacher
Required Qualifications:
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
- Relevant teaching assistant qualification
Education:
Minimum of GCSE level education
Experience:
Prior experience working with children in an educational setting
Knowledge and Skills:
- Understanding of Key Stage 2 curriculum
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Patience and empathy when working with students
Preferred Qualifications:
- First Aid certification
- Additional relevant training or certifications
Working Conditions:
- Temporary position with Full-Time hours
- Work within a school setting
- Opportunity to support the educational development of Key Stage 2 students

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
