Pay Rate: £13.75 -£14.50 per hour (depending on experience)

About the Role

• Full-time position, term-time only
• Working closely with the KS1 class teacher to support learning and development
• Assisting with small group interventions and one-to-one support
• Helping create an engaging and inclusive classroom environment
• Supporting pupils with varying needs to achieve their full potential

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience working with children in a primary setting (KS1 experience desirable)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
• A proactive, caring, and patient approach
• Relevant qualifications or willingness to undertake training

The school is situated in the Hale area, easily accessible via public transport links and close to major routes, making commuting straightforward.
