Pay Rate: £13.75 to £14.50 per hour

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated EYFS Teaching Assistant to join the Early Years team. The successful candidate will:

• Support the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging EYFS activities.
• Assist with one-to-one and small group interventions.
• Help maintain a safe, stimulating classroom environment.
• Monitor and record children’s progress in line with EYFS framework.
• Promote positive behaviour and wellbeing among pupils.

Ideal Candidate:

• EYFS qualified or willing to complete relevant CPD.
• Previous experience in an EYFS setting within a primary school or nursery.
• Strong understanding of child development and safeguarding.
• Positive, proactive, and able to work collaboratively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
