Role Overview

• Position: Graduate Teaching Assistant
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:15am – 3:15pm
• Contract: Long-term, with potential progression to a permanent role
• Start Date: April 2026

About the Role

This primary school is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Teaching Assistant to support Key Stage 2 learners. You will play an important role in delivering targeted interventions and assisting teachers with the planning and delivery of lessons. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact on pupils’ learning and development.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide consistent support to the school’s staff team throughout the academic year
• Work collaboratively with class teachers and other support colleagues
• Offer pupils high-quality assistance, encouragement, and opportunities for progress

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
