KS2/KS3 Teacher – Full-Time Permanent Role

A highly supportive specialist provision near Burrowbridge is seeking a dedicated KS3 Teacher to join their close-knit team immediately on a full-time basis.
This unique setting supports young people aged 10 to 18 with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs, autism, additional learning needs and complex SEND.
The school is recognised for its nurturing approach, therapeutic ethos and personalised education programmes that allow pupils to rebuild confidence, trust and engagement with learning.
Working hours are 9am to 3.30pm, offering an excellent work-life balance while still allowing you to make a meaningful difference each day.
The Opportunity
You will teach pupils across Key Stages 3 within small classes and tailored learning environments where relationships are central to success.
Staff are encouraged to think creatively, adapt learning styles and celebrate every small step of progress.
The successful candidate will deliver engaging sessions across core curriculum subjects while supporting emotional regulation, resilience and independence.

• ECTs are warmly encouraged to apply
• Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent
• Passion for supporting children with SEMH and additional needs
• Ability to create engaging and differentiated lessons
• Strong relationship-building skills

• Full UK driving licence preferred

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
