Year 6 Teaching Assistant – Multiple roles.
A reputable school within the Lancaster area has requested the support of Teaching Personnel to help appoint two Teaching Assistants to work within separate Year 6 classes. This is a two-form entry school therefore the roles are in separate classes.
Both roles are to support children with additional needs who need 1:1 support to help them to progress and focus on their work. The children also have challenging behaviour therefore are separated into separate classes.
Both roles need a candidate who is comfortable supporting children with additional needs and also challenging behaviour as the school needs someone to hit the ground running and be pro-active and ready to support straight away.
These roles are to begin ASAP and require candidates available full time from Monday to Friday, from 08:45-15:30.
If you believe you are a fit for these roles then please apply now and Olivia will be in contact to discuss the roles further.
All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role. Please see the FAQ’s on the Teaching Personnel website for details.
All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
